Offensive
breakdown:
+Natural scorer- can create shots for himself with his
deep bag of separation moves
+Good in driving to the basket, he uses simple moves
and tempo changes when driving
+ He also likes
to reject a screen in PnR actions to drive to the basket where he often kicks
it to open teammate or finish at the rim
+As I said he likes to beat defenders 1 v 1 where he
shifts the D towards him and kick the
ball to open teammate
-He often makes risky jump passes where he usually
turn the ball over, that explains his high To numbers
-Very static in off ball offense, when playing off
ball he can be often seen just standing in the corner not doing anything
-He need to be more consistent when shooting, his
shooting % can vary from game to game
Defensive
breakdown:
+Has very fast hands in D and he often poke the ball
out from attacker
+He cuts the passing lane which lead to fastbreak
+Can be aggressive on ball
+Good communicating with teammates in D
-Bad off ball D, he has bad concentration when
guarding off ball which lead to him being late on his player
-Sometimes helps too much and leave to much space to
his guy
In
conclusion:
I think that he is better when playing in Pg position
where he can create for himself and his teammates than when he plays too much
off ball because of his static off ball movement. He is the type of player that
needs the ball in his hands to make a difference on court
